Well .... we have not written a blog this year.... this year has definately had its ups and downs - but fortunately not for the business.
The Granary Kitchen is still busy and we have enjoyed many cookery schools this year and enjoyed new and improved reciepes and welcoming more people from far afield to the Granary.
We have entertained lots of families and friends through our private dining and already getting lots of bookings for 2016 - it is amazing how quickly word of mouth spreads and the diary fills up.
We have just added our 2016 dates to the website and will be sending out an e-shot to that effect shortly.
We hope to welcome you back to the Granary soon.
We are looking forward to fun filled Easter ....

Another dinner party another happy customer!
Saturday 1st March, a 50th birthday celebration. After fine tuning a precise 4 course menu the evening went without a hitch and fun was had by all. We had a good time and from the following feedback we know that the client enjoyed it too;
Hi Christian & Jo - thanks so much for the wonderful meal that Christian prepared for us at our house on Saturday for my 50th. It exceeded my expectations in every way and was delicious as well as relaxed and perfect in every way. We are still eating the marvellous cake he left us and many of our guests have written to say how fantastic the food was, especially the lamb. Julian was an added bonus too and the lack of clearing up made all the difference - I'm not sure my kitchen has been as clean as Christian left it for a long time!

More dates added to see us through summer with some half day Chicken and Steak courses, then on to a very exciting autumn with lots of GAME and a special Italian themed day. Due to popular demand we have added 2 dates this year for the Christmas special - yum yum - don't miss out!
After a fully booked Desserts & Pastries course on Monday 11th March, the Granary Kitchen Cookery School will now undergo refurbishment to re-open its doors after the Easter break with a full day Meat focus course on Saturday 13th April.
For those of your that have already spent some time with us, will know that the interior walls and flooring need a bit of TLC. We are looking forward to the new look and hope that will add to your experience at the cookery schools.
