Join us for a day of preparing and cooking some delicious Italian classics. Dishes may include a fresh Pesce Spada alla Milanese (fish milanese), a fragrant Focaccia, handrolled Polpette alla Casalinga (homemade meatballs) served with a vibrant Sugo di Pomodoro (tomato sauce), a light Parmigiana di Melanzane (baked Aubergines) and finish off with a gluten free Torta di Mandorle (Almond cake). Of course you can not have an Italian day without some homemade pasta which could include Tortelli di Zucca agli Ameretti (Pumpkin and Ameretti Ravioli).
A full day will run from 9.30am until approximately 4.30pm. You will prepare and cook around 6-8 different dishes including accompanying side dishes. As well as tasting and trying the dishes throughout the day, you will sit down for lunch and dinner to experience your new found skills and an opportunity to talk about the day.
