New year, new eating regime? Trying to think of new and exciting ways to eat healthily adding alternatives into your diet and optimising on good food.
Whether you have an intolerance to dairy, wheat or gluten, or you just prefer not to include them in your diet, our healthy eating gluten free day will cover some creative recipe ideas to suit all.
Join us to cook up some delicious treats and meals.
A full day will run from 9.30am until approximately 4.30pm. You will prepare and cook around 6-8 different dishes including accompanying side dishes. As well as tasting and trying the dishes throughout the day, you will sit down for lunch and dinner to experience your new found skills and an opportunity to talk about the day.
