previous Christmas Menus have consisted of;
Beef Carpaccio with celeriac Remoulard
Rolled Goats Cheese with a pine nut and mixed herb crust, served with leaf salad and pickled vegetables
Roast Turkey Chestnut stuffing, honey roasted carrots and parsnips, buttered sprouts and potato terrine, cranberry sauce and gravy
Christmas Pudding Trifle
All very indulgent and great for the whole family to enjoy.
A full day will run from 9.30am until approximately 4.30pm. You will prepare and cook around 6-8 different dishes including accompanying side dishes. As well as tasting and trying the dishes throughout the day, you will sit down for lunch and dinner - with a party hat and a cracker - to experience your new found skills and an opportunity to talk about the day.
